Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Pregnancy Tracker: AI account and all data stored on our servers at any time.

Method 1: In the app (instant)

• Open Pregnancy Tracker: AI → More tab → Account settings
• Tap Delete account and confirm.
• Your account, email and all pregnancy/tracking data on the server are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

Method 2: By email

Send an email titled "Account deletion request" from the address you registered with to support@cgo.com.tr. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest and you will be notified.

What gets deleted?

• Account details (email, password hash, session tokens)
• Profile and pregnancy details (due date, height, weight, etc.)
• All tracking records (water, weight, kicks, contractions, medications, appointments, journal, favorite names, checklist)

Data on your device

Data stored on your device, including photos, is removed when you uninstall the app or use the in-app "Start over" option.
